Who are we?

The RADIOLOGIA Group is committed to compliance with the law, the prevention of unlawful conduct and respect for the principles set out in its Code of Ethics.

Who can report?

RADIOLOGIA's Ethics Channel is open to all members of the group's companies such as: members of the Board of Directors, managers, employees, employee representatives, employees whose employment relationship has ended, volunteers, interns, employees whose employment relationship has not begun in cases where information on violations has been obtained during the selection process.
The Ethical Channel may also be used by RADIOLOGIA's suppliers, collaborators, subcontracted personnel or customers.

What can you find out?

RADIOLOGIA's Ethics Channel is intended to serve as a means of reporting misconduct. Specifically:

  • Actions or omissions that could constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense.
  • Failure to comply with the principles enshrined in RADIOLOGIA's Code of Ethics.
  • Transgression of the procedures and controls established for the prevention of criminal risks.
  • Any conduct that may be considered reprehensible from the perspective of integrity as a principle of RADIOLOGY.

My rights

The RADIOLOGIA Ethical Channel will always watch over the rights of informants, such as:

  • To have their identity withheld.
  • To receive acknowledgement of receipt of the communication made and of the decision taken on whether or not to initiate the investigation, provided that an address is designated for this purpose.
  • To receive information on data protection.
  • To be informed about protection and support measures as a whistleblower.
  • To be informed of the processing of the investigation file that may originate from the communication made.
  • To be informed about the existence of external information systems
